From Wind to Wires

Westwood’s involvement with wind energy projects offered a natural transition into transmission line development. The majority of wind farm projects we’ve serviced have required a new overhead power line to connect with the existing infrastructure. Westwood wind development services were expanded to provide land surveying services for transmission lines.
