We have gained significant power delivery project experience by providing consistent quality and great service. Quality Management
Quality Management (QM) programs fail when project managers and professionals are not brought into the initial program design, which creates push-back and causes the system to be viewed as a burden. Westwood’s QM program was developed by bringing the right people together to ensure an effective program; one that provides value and supports quality products without unduly driving up costs to our clients.

Many QM programs are static, quickly fail, and become outdated. In the spirit of continual improvement, Westwood’s QM program is dynamic. It changes with our business and our clients’ objectives. Our project managers and professionals regularly test and challenge existing procedures for value. The Westwood QM system is constantly being improved.
