Westwood maximized the site for United Properties with a plan to delineate and mitigate a patchwork of small wetlands to create one large wetland behind the development. Collaboration with agencies and owners served to relocate an existing business on-site prior to closing the existing store for demolition. To address traffic issues, Westwood provided design, engineering, and construction services of off-site road improvements and traffic signals to maintain resident’s access while lowering an adjacent roadway by 20 feet.
