Westwood addressed a demanding fast-track, Phase 1 schedule for our client by initiating several site-work contracts that proved to save time and money. A detailed traffic study resulted in solutions that addressed extensive city and county traffic issues. Westwood obtained multiple air and water permits from regulatory agencies. The infrastructure network was designed to be flexible to accommodate a variety of uses with traffic and pedestrian-friendly site circulation. The site design included landscape amenities throughout the project area.
