Westwood worked with the CH Robinson Site Developer and their Architects to provide site development solutions for two office buildings. The office buildings were part of a larger mixed-use development situated on the bluff high above the Minnesota River. The 150,000 sq. ft. one-story Phase 1 building was designed to fit within the constraints of the site topography. The 95,000 sq. ft. three-story Phase 2 building was designed to capitalize on the river views. Situated on a steeply sloping sight, the grading design incorporated significant retaining walls to maximize the site area, while accommodating full truck access to the building and adjacent trail and drainage features.
