Solutions for Liberty Property Trust
Compellent Technologies Office Building was situated and designed to preserve natural wetland areas and complete the 40-acre business park in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Westwood assisted Liberty Property Trust with the development of this 57,000 sq. ft. office building in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The Compellent Building was the last phase of the 40-acre business park developed by Liberty with Westwood’s assistance. Construction of the 7-acre Compellent site required a unique grading design to maximize the building area while protecting an adjacent sensitive natural area. Westwood served on the development team obtaining the City approvals and developing the supporting technical information for the LEED application. This project is pre-certified with a Silver LEED Certification.
