Westwood provided planning and engineering services for the redevelopment of this property which included a land assemblage and demolition of an existing theater and  restaurant. An irregular-shaped property boundary, adjacent wetlands and limited roadway access required a non-typical site layout for truck and automotive needs. Although the building faces away from the public roadways, the architecture of the building and site plan provides a pedestrian-friendly and inviting landscape atmosphere for store visitors. Westwood's design utilizing the recycled material from the existing buildings and parking lots lowered construction costs, reduced the time for material transport, and lessened the impact of truck traffic on adjacent roadways.
