Westwood worked with the architect/owner to maintain their building footprint on this site with many outside constraints. The site was being constructed at the same time as Highways 101 and 312, so Westwood worked with the city and Mn/DOT to design a plan that would accommodate their future needs. Westwood also worked with the Watershed District to design a pond to meet their requirements that maximized the available building footprint.
