Westwood addressed challenging topographic features and multi-use site and access demands with a creative grading design.  Complicated phasing and a multi-year implementation plan required maintenance of the existing care facility and apartments. The landscape and amenities designed by Westwood create a pedestrian-friendly community.  An aggressive city submittal schedule was upheld by the project team and Westwood to accommodate the requirements of the land assemblage agreements.
