Scope
345 kV and 115 kV Article VII transmission line design and construction monitoring. Designed one-mile of new single-circuit 345 kV transmission, and four, 345 kV transmission circuit cut-ins to support a new 345 kV to 115 kV bulk-power substation. All structures were designed as engineered steel poles on concrete caisson foundations. Designed 20-miles of 115 kV single-circuit transmission using engineered steel poles on direct-embedded foundations, concrete caisson foundations, and 122 vibratory steel caissons. Designed six engineered steel pole underground riser transition structures to support two, 115 kV 3000 KCMIL CU XLPE cables per phase.
