Congratulations, Hector Leon and Yen Lai! Hector and Yen have both been promoted to project manager positions for Westwood’s private development market, which includes commercial and residential submarkets.

As project managers, Hector and Yen are responsible for client experience and relationships, as well as team management, mentorship, and support. Hector is based in Westwood’s Dallas, Texas office, and Yen is based in Westwood’s San Antonio, Texas office. Both will work closely with local leadership in Westwood’s South region to continue to grow presence in their respective markets.
