Meet Westwood Associate Tim Heun

My name is Tim Heun. I'm the director of procurement here at Westwood. I joined Westwood back in 2013. I was asked to come in and move a couple of trucks as a contractor, and seven years later, I'm still here.
I really enjoy my role here as the director of procurement. I get the opportunity to work with great people and work with great vendors. And my main responsibility is to make sure that everybody has a place where they can be proud to come to work, and a place that shows that we care about our employees and our clients. I really enjoy Westwood as a company because I love the family and work balance. We all work hard, but it's also nice to take time away without feeling guilty and spending it with our families.
The core value I liked the most here at Westwood is relationships. Everything we do here at Westland is about building quality relationships. For me, that means building relationships with our internal team as well as the vendors that I work with on a daily basis. I'm glad through those relationships that I've earned the trust to be part of the Westwood associate team.
